Support Channels and Response Times

Every module at WrongRay Code Academy comes with direct access to instructors and platform engineers. We track response times per channel so you know exactly when to expect a reply.

Course-related questions Replies within one business day. Include your module name and lesson number so the mentor can pull up your progress. Platform and account issues Login problems, broken code runners, or submission errors are handled by the infrastructure team within four hours on weekdays. Curriculum feedback Found a stale example or a confusing explanation? Send the section title and we will review it in the next content cycle. Billing and enrollment Payment receipts, invoice details, and enrollment adjustments are processed within two business days by the admin desk.
